More specifically, Gene asked a) If you receive an an email that already has a flag, does reflagging work? b) Also, if you forward an email you've flagged does the recipient see your flag? And here are the answers a) If you receive an e-mail that already has a flag, yes you can reflag it. Just apply the new flag like you would normally do, and the new flag will take over. b) If you forward an e-mail that has a falg, the flag does NOT automatically go with it. To send a flag with an outgoing e-mail (in Outlook 2003), you need to click on the Option button in the composition window, and assign the flag yourself. In Outlook 2007, the flagging feature was enhanced tremendously, and now with an outgoing e-mail, you can assign two flags, one for you, and one for the recipient. Need more information?
